WOOLF products are the only wearable devices in the world market for safer driving. They vibrate to indicate the presence of marked points, without audio visual distractions
WOOLF reports the presence of speed cameras, red traffic light cameras and frequent check points in the Countries included in our database.
The detection is done by geo-location. The app, thanks to the GPS of the smartphone, determines the position of the driver in relation to the reported points.
WOOLF_ID indicates the most frequently used locations for the positioning of speed check points. The feature COMMUNITY WARNING SYSTEM allowing the real time reporting of mobile check points is foreseen during 2021.
Our system integrates data from a variety of sources with the aim of providing capillary mapping. Updates are released in the background and are free of charge.
The user has the possibility to set the warning distance from 450mt to 150mt through the settings in the app.
WOOLF devices use Bluetooth LE connection and can be used in conjunction with navigation apps, intercoms, or headsets.
Although water resistant, the device is not waterproof. In case of heavy or prolonged rain we recommend you protect it adequately.
Our devices work in a completely identical way on any vehicle.

The periodical updates of the speed camera database will take place automatically directly on your phone.
There is no payment of any subscription fees for periodic updates.
WOOLF_ID devices incorporate a powerful rechargeable lithium battery with highest performance standard. The device is recharged using a micro-USB cable. A charging cycle takes approximately two hours and allows over one month of average use.
Our exclusive low consumption vibrating units develop over 13,000 RPM and outperform any other vibration. They guarantee excellent perception on every car or motorcycle.
WOOLF is legal worldwide with some exceptions where there are limitations on the use of signalling devices. In France the device complies with the current regulations. The specific setting must be selected in the app to comply with regulations in the Country. In Germany and Austria there are restrictions. In Switzerland, Cyprus, Macedonia and Turkey, NO SIGNALLING DEVICE MAY BE USED.
It is the driver’s responsibility to comply with the regulations in force in the Country in which he or she is located.
All WOOLF/Moto models are produced in the standard 26.5cm size suitable for wrists with a circumference of less than 20cm. The Dark Long model is available in a longer size (30.5cm) suitable for wrists with a circumference of more than 20cm.
WOOLF_ID devices are Made in Italy using finest leathers, they are water-repellent and shock resistant. The closing of the WOOLF/Moto is guaranteed by the robust Velcro, with adjustment adaptable to different wrist sizes. WOOLF/Ring is equipped with a quick release ring. All WOOLF_ID devices are equipped with long life lithium battery, with protective capsule against overheating or accidental leakage. The electronic board undergoes a tropicalization treatment for a complete protection from harmful elements.
2. APP, CONNECTIVITY & SUPPORT
The WOOLF App, developed by our technical team can be downloaded for free from the AppStore or PlayStore.

The WOOLF Intelligent Drive App is compatible with thousands of smartphones:
- iPhones with iOS operating system 11 or higher
- Android smartphones with operating system 8 or higher
- Bluetooth™ 4.0 or higher
It means that the WOOLF_ID App is not compatible with the phone model on which you want to download the App.
WOOLF_ID app is available for AppStore and PlayStore only. It’s not available on AppGallery
The WOOLF_ID App does not require a permanent internet connection which is necessary only during updating. Operation is guaranteed even in areas with poor coverage or abroad without roaming.
The device does not have on/off buttons. It is activated by motion and turns off automatically when stored.

The user is invited to illustrate his/her problem by sending a report through the WOOLF App, clicking on the menu icon in the top right corner, and then selecting the “Customer Service” option and exposing the problem in the text box (minimum 50 characters).
WOOLF technical team will acquire about the status of the application to provide the most effective solution.
In the case of fault, WOOLF devices may be returned during the two-year limited warranty period upon presentation of the purchase receipt. WOOLF s.r.l. undertakes to replace it with another new or reconditioned one with equivalent functions to
the previous one. The new device will maintain the guarantees for the remaining period. The WOOLF s.r.l. warranty doesn’t cover the battery, defects and damage caused by improper and inadequate use, contrarily to the manual instructions . Only WOOLF s.r.l. can establish the real defectiveness of each device and approve the replacement by the warranty terms.
In accordance with current consumer protection legislation, the warranty of our devices is two years (one year if the purchase is made by a company and not by a private individual). In case of need for intervention due to faults or malfunctions, the customer must send the product, at his own expenses, to the operational headquarters of WOOLF Srl in Via Camporosolo 198, 37047, SAN BONIFACIO (VR), ITALY
The client has the right to return within 14 days of delivery by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org attaching a proof of the purchase. The product must be sent back at its own expense, intact and in the original packaging to: WOOLF Srl, Via Camporosolo 198, 37047 SAN BONIFACIO (VR) ITALIA. Once the product is received and checked the refund will be issued.
Online purchases from www.woolfid.com or Amazon, are delivered in about two business days.
Check that WOOLF is charged, if it has not been used for a long time it may need a prolonged charge (at least 24 hours). If the connection is not restored send us a report from the “Customer Service” button of the app or mail us at: email@example.com
NOTE: To ensure optimal battery performance it is recommended to charge WOOLF at least every 2 months
